Business Ethics

One of ERIS company most valuable assets is its business ethics. Protecting this asset is the job of everyone at Eris company. To that end, we have established a Code of Conduct and Ethics to help our employees comply with the law and maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct. The Code applies to every officer, director and employee. While the Code cannot possibly cover every subject area or situation, it guides employees regarding the right questions to ask, the right experts to consult, and the right way to make decisions. The Code contains an ethical decision-making framework and a list of available resources where employees can obtain guidance or report suspected misconduct.The Code is reviewed on at least an annual basis and updated as appropriate to address ERIS evolving compliance and ethics risks.
