“ERIS” got a patent
ERIS has obtained a patent № 205698 for a useful thermocatalytic sensor designed for hydrocarbon and hydrogen determination and a patent №201867 for a model of thermocatalytic sensor used for hydrogen detection.
Due to innovative ideas, the device has been innovated: the resistance of a thermocatalytic sensor to the impact of catalyst-damaging components was improved, the response time was reduced, sensitivity and stability of readings were improved.
Some advantages of the device:
• Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) poisoning resistance
• Patented technology and its composition
• Response time is less than 10 seconds
• High impact resistance to falls from up to 8 metres
• Withstands vibration up to 150 Hz with acceleration of 2g
• Compliant with CU TR 012/2011
• Enables to monitor gas contamination at the ambient temperature from -60°C to +155°C
• Used in Ex Zone 0 and Ex Zone 1
• Ingress protection - IP65
• Our own development and production
