• email: service@eriskip.ru. When contacting by email please indicate your organization's name, your surname, name and patronymic, contact phone number, instrument name. Also, specify in detail the essence of a malfunction or other questions
• you can also post a request through a feedback form. To move on to filling in the feedback form, click the yellow button located under the photo, fill out the following form. Please note: all fields in the form require filling.

In order to improve the quality of customer service and control the timing of bids on Your request, we kindly ask You to send Your appeals via e-mail. After receiving Your letter, the appeal is registered by the worker of technical support, work on Your application is controlled by the sales Department and Company management. Processing of the application is completed only after You confirm that the issue is resolved.

Recommendations for sending equipment in for repair / calibration

When sending in equipment repair with expired warranty we ask You to accompany the consignment a letter guaranteeing Your obligations for the payment of repairs and services. In case of need of repair, the shipment should be accompanied by the following documents:

The letter (act) with a detailed description of the fault.

IMPORTANT: Shipment the only indication of the name of the legal entity. An indication of the physical person as the recipient of the goods is not acceptable.Before sending it to the manufacturer for repair/calibration products must be free of contamination.
