Step-by-step Quality control

The quality management system is designed, implemented and certified since September 2008. The certificate was issued by QMS Certification Department of Federal State Institution "State Regional Center of Standardization, Metrology and Testing in the Perm region''. Each year, the organization conducts an audit certifying compliance system. QMS covers production, repair, calibration and verification of measuring instruments and meets the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011.

The management of "ERIS" regularly assesses the effectiveness of the QMS and control of the relationship within customers and the company.

Quality control is carried out at all stages of the works. The parts produced using modern testing equipment for testing the manufactured devices and their components at different stages of processing. At the end of the assembly to be tested throughout the party devices for compliance with all technical parameters, including the approved temperature range and resistance to mechanical stress. This approach allows to eliminate manufcturing defects.
