Interaction of ERIS with students of the Higher School of Economics (HSE)

Last week, first-year students from the Higher School of Economics (HSE) visited "ERIS" to conduct a SWOT-analysis, during which they studied the strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats that the company faces.

Representatives of the student group spent time at the "ERIS" enterprise and had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the company's business. For three days, they actively exchanged knowledge and participated in intensive work.

The students were familiarised with various aspects of "ERIS" operations,from production to logistics, asking numerous questions at each stage. This practical tour helped them to gain a deeper understanding of the company's operating principles.

"ERIS" would like to thank all employees who participated in this initiative. Their willingness to share knowledge and openness contributed to the success of the event.

A cultural programme was also organised for the students, including visits to the Votkinsk Hydroelectric Power Station,Tchaikovsky Mekhanika plant, two partner schools and P.I. Tchaikovsky's house-museum in Votkinsk.

The "ERIS" company is convinced that such interactions between business and educational institutions contribute to the formation of quality specialists and business development in general.
