ERIS took part in the India Energy Week 2024 exhibition, which was held from February 6 to 9 in Goa at IPSHEM, the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety of the National Oil and Gas Company ONGC. The event, under the patronage of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, brought together more than 35,000 visitors, 350 exhibitors, 400 speakers and over 4,000 delegates from more than 100 countries. The company's participation was organized as part of the joint stand of the Perm Territory with the support of the Governor of the Territory and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The purpose of the trip was to establish new business contacts, as well as to hold meetings with partners and customers to promote ERIS products. The company's stand displayed products certified in accordance with international standards and approved for use in India. Portable and wireless devices aroused particular interest among visitors.
The delegation included young specialists from ERIS who actively participate in the life of the team and strive for self-development. Viktor Alekseevich Golovkov from the Production Department shared his impressions: "Visiting the exhibition was a useful experience that allowed us to learn about new technical solutions and technologies from foreign manufacturers, develop our communication skills in a foreign language and better understand the preferences of customers regarding our products." Evgeny Alekseevich Tsarev, an instrumentation and automation fitter and the second participant in the trip, noted: "Young specialists are a strategically important human resource with enormous potential. Their foreign business trips help them acquire new skills and work methods, improve communication with customers, which is important for the company's growth."
Participation in the international exhibition provided an opportunity to broaden professional horizons, learn the principles of work of future partners and gain experience of direct interpersonal communication. Meetings were held with representatives of government agencies interested in ERIS products and who outlined the possibility of attracting investments for the implementation of joint projects.
