This year we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the company Honeywell Analytics, which during this time has remained a leading provider of solutions for gas detection. For half a century we have continued to evolve with the changing needs of the industry, and a key factor in our success and many years of existence has become a close cooperation with you, our dear customers.
Therefore, today, noting our anniversary, we would like to thank you for your continued support and loyalty. We have always believed that the development of gas detection means to be determined by people using our equipment rather than engineers, who are trying to predict the future needs of the industry. Thus, all our important dates, achievements and innovative products have not yielded the desired results without constant interaction with you and those industries in which you are working.
Honeywell Analytics The company was founded 50 years ago (when it was known as IEC-Sieger Ltd) talented inventor and a great engineer, Joshua Sieger, who created the first catalytic detector with low power consumption, designed for yachts and other vessels. Having a modest existence as a small company, our company has grown to a large international organization. Thousands of people each day use our products for protection and safety. In this issue we'll take a journey through the history of our company and tell about Joshua Sieger - engineer, who not only laid the foundation for the birth of industry gas detection, as we all know, but also made a significant contribution in a number of key innovations of the 20th century, such as radar wireless technology and television.
