“ERIS” is the winner of “Rationalization and Productivity” of Worldskills Russia 2021

ERIS became a silver medal holder of the Cup in the direction of the "Pitch session of startups". During five days the teams of enterprises participating in the national project "Labor Productivity" competed for the title of “the best of the best”.

The first Cup of “Rationalization and Productivity” of Worldskills Russia 2021 was held in Yekaterinburg on October 25 - 29.

As Alexey Pavlov - an instrumentation engineer - noted, the ERIS team won due to the fact that each participant worked with maximum efficiency, putting all his efforts into the result. Therefore, despite the fact that initially our level in this competence did not stand out greatly compared to other participants, the team was able to score points and get ahead of the opponent.

The projects of the participants were evaluated according to the following criteria: the relevance of the proposed innovation for the corporation, the expected effects of implementation: economic, productive, organizational, mechanics of implementation, including the use of non-traditional technical and design approaches to solving the problem, feasibility study, pitch quality and the presentation of the project.

The Rationalization and Productivity Cup is organized to identify the country's leading innovators. More than 200 people participated in the competitions, who performed the tasks formed on the basis of real cases of organizations. The purpose of the Cup is to create a base for finding innovative optimal solutions to improve the efficiency of production and business in non-resource sectors of the economy and scale it in the country.

The organizers were "Agency for the Development of Professional Skills (Worldskills Russia)", the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, "Federal Centre for Competencies in the Field of Labour Productivity", "Rosatom", "Roscosmos", "Russian Railways", "NTI Platform".
